Product Description:Our Shanchuan High frequency sieve adopts adjustable vibration generator and hard wearing sieve plate, so its design is advanced, reliable and durable. It has now wildly spread and used in industry fields of ferrous metallurgical mining, Non-ferrous Mining, and constructions.
Main characters of GPS series of High frequency screen
High frequency of vibration, low amplitude of vibration, high penetrating rate; laminated screen stencil, broadened sieve size, anti-block and abrasion proof; multiple feeder, high utilization rate of sieve area, high handling capacity; elastic bearing deck base, capable of vibration isolating, lower noisy; low power consumption, exact fractionation. Application effect is as follows:
1、Tungsten and tin ore: it adopts high frequency sieve to replace closed circuit of the rotary classifier, swirler and ball mille, thus can obviously decreases the over milling of the useful material, and improve the ore dressing effect and increase 10%~15% of recovery rate.
2、Iron ore: it adopts high frequency sieve as the headings classification controller, so it can steadily improve 1.5%~2% of degrees compared with other millers on the same capacity level.
3、Glass sand: it’s used for roll milling and sieving process, and can produce qualified products steadily.
