Our Shanchuan energy-saving sand making machine is a new type ore crusher.
Compare with the old style crushers, there are many advantages as followes:
1、Power Saving --- can save more than 40% power compared with the old ones.
2、Adopting the advanced rod mill technology which can control material feeding and discharging, adapting suitable grinding body to the actual material, so the Shanchuan sand-making machine produces higher yields with more even granularity, and it is suitable to ores of different degrees of hardness (mohs' scale hardness is 5.5~12).
3、The fineness of the discharged material is adjustable - the granularity of the discharged material can be changed by a simple adjustment. A fineness control device is internally installed, and screening device is installed in the discharge port, and these two devices ensures no over milled nor under milled products in the finished goods.
4、Our company provides dry type and wet type rod mills used for processing quartz sand, dolomite, monacite etc., and de-ironing magnetic separator can be adapted.
