R-Raymond Pulverizer, originally named Roll Pulverizer, is a powder making equipment which does sieving and transporting in form of ring and roll grinding combined with airflow. Based on the type and structure principle of homemade pulverizer, and imitated the ones of America and Germany , it is redesigned to be a dry type superfine powder processing and classifying miller. This machine is widely used for superfine powder processing of more than 300 kinds of noncombustible materials like recrystal, calcite, orthoclase etc. with the mohs hardness less than 7 and humidity less than 6%. The final granularity is adjustable from 20 to 425 M according to the actual needs (the max finesse can be 1000M ).
The product adopts millstones revolution, grinding axis rotation, spring transfer crutches structure, and strengthens the capacity of extrusion and shear, thereby enhances milling capacity. It produces ultrafine powder with high yields and even granularity distribution. It can do dry milling and fineness adjusting continuously, besides it has other advantages like compact structure, low energy consumption, high efficiency, low cost, easy to install and maintain, safety and reliable, so it has been widely applied to mineral materials dry ultrafine powder processing, and is especially suitable for small enterprise.
Structure characteristic:

5、Adopted closed reducer the transmission is steady and reliable, and no oil leaking.
6、Host spade post remains touching with materials during operation. The spade post consists of up part and down part. If the down post wears out, dismantle the connecting blot and then replace it.
