Ultrafine powder classifier

NHX series separator has been widely applied in cement industry and other fields. With the wide application of the ultrafine powder in all kinds of fields, NHCXF series of ultra-fine classifier is sure to have a broader future.

The operation principle is that a graded interface is created when the impeller rotates with high speed, and powder is led to the grading interface by airflow, thus creating a centrifugal force which is thousands times greater than its weight. When the centrifugal force is much greater than the air carry force, the powder in the machine is left out from the grading interface (rough powder). Oppositely, when the centrifugal is less than the carry power of gas, the gas was entered the impeller by the carry powder. Finally, the fine powder was collected in the precipitator. Then, the categorization of powders was completed.
