General introduction of Heavy Vibrating Feeders:

Heavy Vibrating Feeder is usually used at lower position of large-scale wagon tipper hopper or other large hopper, to ensure the continous feed of different kind of feeding materials. Compared with traditional feeder, Heavy Vibrating Feed is outstandingly featured of its light weight, low investment, long life and easy-to-maintain charactoristics. Additionally, its strong bearing capability and easy-to-start even with material upon makes it warmly welcomed and widely used under train wagon tipper hopper and other hopper feeding practise.

Working Principles and main features of Heavy Vibrating Feeders:

GZD serial Heavy Vibrating Feeder is of block installation, and its feed hopper is stimulated by the vibrating electrical engine at each side of the feeder. The engines rotate at different directions, leading the chute make linear movement continously, making feeding material unclasping and shaked away, finishing the process.

The supporting springs of the chute are specially designed to meet the need of heavy feeder, and every pivot point consists of primary springs and secondary springs, able to start with materials impacted and piled upon.

Vibration amplitude of Heavy Vibrating Feeder can be ajusted by adjusting the adjustable eccentric device on vibrating engins.
